Order didn't go through kitchen and money still not refunded

I had done an online order on 07/08. the payment was successful. but the order didn't go through kitchen. It said a message to call store that's it. I called up the store they said that the money would be refunded within 7 working days. i didn't get any mail regarding this from dominos also. Its more than 7 working days now. kindly check into the issue.
