DOMINOS Shivam Rd does NOT honour their 30 minute guarantee!
Hyderabad Dominos Shivam Rd. - Does not honour their 30 min delivery of FREE guarantee.
-- As a regular customer.. I've always ordered their farmhouse without mushroom & jalapeno in its place.
Today - they've sent me a farmhouse WITH mushroom Only which no one at home can eat.
Ms. Menaka K took the order, and does not speak proper english. Mr. Chari & Mr. Shahid Ali were also requested to put jalapeno... In fact, the Manager claims that did I not speak of jalapeno during the order..
I even told Ms. Menaka K to exactly duplicate my previous orders. In all of my previous orders I have ALWAYS removed Mushroom and put jalapeno in its place.

I would not normally complain, except for the logic used by Mr. Chari & Mr. Kumar & Mr. Kiran that as long as they send any pizza even the WRONG pizza, that they have fulfilled their 30 min guarantee. And that this is DOMINOS COMPANY Policy. (Hmm... company policy to guarantee even WRONG pizzas!)
In any case, I will think twice before ordering, if at all, from Dominos Shivam Rd as I cannot ever eat it fresh and hot. If I order when I am hungry I will have to face the fact that I will likely get the WRONG Pizza with NO guarantee. And If I order an hour before lunch or dinner to ensure that they will deliver... the pizza would not be hot anyway... So the only thing Dominos guarantees is COLD PIZZA or empty stomachs.
