Poor quality burget

I ordered a spicy Paneer Burger on 24-9-11 my order nos was 3526, in ahmedabad, but the paneer was so jard that even it was not able to cut with a knife, forget about eating it, and not to mention but I have faced the same problem 3 times, I do get a rwplacement, but still, I not ordering food from aroad side vendor, but I am ordering from Mcdonalds...

I hope someone will really look into the matter seriosly. THANKS
