Product not delivered after payment

Hi,

I have made a purchase for a bean bag from dealsandyou.com. The details of the deal is as below (as was posted on the site):

Package 1: Rs 999 for Rs 2200 worth of:

XI Bean Bag

Height: 42 Inches

Base: 27inches Diameter

Top: 14 Inches Diameter

I was told the vendor will get in touch with me after the payment is made on the site (www.dealsandyou.com) and the delivery will be made in 7-8 working days.

Please help me as i am helpless. I even went the extra mile to get in touch with the vendor (Crazy Bean Bags). I got talking to Sandeep from Crazy Bean Bags and he has kept promising me to deliver asap, even taken the colour from me but no delivery being made ultimately.

I have made 4-5 complaints with Deals and You wrt this but i have not received any resolution as yet.
