It is with deep regret that i write,
I'hd ordered a cot on dec 11th and till date is not delivered, neither the company is ready to pay back the 50% advance of Rs 8000 that i paid using credit card on 11th Dec nor the product delivery.
There were innumerable false promises in Dec regarding the delivery and finally i was informed on Jan 5th that money will be refunded as cheque and that would take approximately 2 months, however on 12th i was called and informed that the product will be delivered on 20th.
Till date the product has not been delivered and the sales execs are keepng silent. I tried to visit the wesite of furniture bazzar/E zone/Future bazzar and only to find that there is no greviance addresal cell.
Is there any way to penalize these corporate gaints and its employees who play with emotions of common man.
