I had bought a godrej spring matress from lifestyle in feb by paying Rs.25000/- it has a 5 years warranty but now the mattress has changed its shape and is also causing a lot of pain for my husband's back. i have complained to them a number of times but every time a new person is there and they only promise to visit to inspect.
