Please note that eventhough I have made the purchase of furniture vide Home Delivery form number 417 dated 18th June the Two seater sofa set (black) has not been delivered to me.
This is almost a month now and your staff have been giving me wrong information that it will be delivered every day for the past one week. It is becoming very difficult for me to follow up on this every day. Please refund my money INR 21, 950 with immediate effect. It is sad that an esteemed brand like lifestyle is having such a poor customer care.
Please reply at the earliest.
