Underwarranty product not repaired

Last year i had purchased sofa from hometown & on 22nd February i made a complaint no.-68163 regarding my sofa which is under warranty.when i call they give response it is done within 2 days..now it is more than a month.i called them dozen times.i don't know what to do .please help me..
