Defective furniture supplied

I have purchase a wall unit in July at the time of installation the unit was defective. After complaining, a top panel was sent, that too defective. When I spoke to the customer care, I was asked to choose from the two defective. After some time the wall unit started bending, for which till date no replacement is there, even though the product has 1 year warranty.
