We bought Kurl-on Mattress last year in the month of July, but they sagged just 4-5 months only, i first contacted the showroom (Sumangal, 126, Chakrata Road, Dehradun) with receipt no. 1692 dated 4.7.2009) from where i have purchased the product, but they were not sincere enough to take my complaint forward and just had given me a mobile no. of mr. ramkumar, the after sales support staff of Haridwar office who misbehaved with with me and even called me MAD.
Then i raised a complaint at their website on 23rd April with reference no. RF00572 and assured me that they will contact me in 48 hours, but noone contact me till date, i again raised a complaint on their website on 14th June with reference no. RF01040, again saying someone will contact in 48 hours, no one has contacted till date.
I request kurl-on to take urgent action and replace my mattress, becoz of them i have started feeling backache, for which kurl-on is responsible and liable to pay compensation of the same.
