I Purchased two mattresses of Kurl On modle Sona Quilt on 27/4 from dealer Sind Furniture House, kutchery road, Ajmer (Rajasthan).
I purchased the mattresses with a great confidence that I am buying a best company product and there will be no complain about the product but the mattresses got pressed within two month of purchasing.
As per guarranty of one year I contacted to the supplier M/s sind furniture house kutchery road, Ajmer on 28/06/09. They told that the company person will change the mattresses. It is around two months passed away but no action has been taken for replacement. During this period I have contacted many times with dealer and also submitted a complaint to Product manager Kurl On ltd Banglore.
But till date no action has been taken.
