Defective & delayed delivery

We had paid 50% advance on 30.4.2011 against purchase of 4' x 6' linus bed with kurlon matress. The delivery was promised on 9th which was delayed till 18th. On 18th we paid full payment. Matress was promised within couple of days but till this date we have not received. Moreover within two days we found that the drawer's upper side was not fitted properly and the wooden plank it is coming out in hand. One side sunmica was also not pasted properly. We complained over phone and Mr. Nilesh deshmukh, Showroom Manager assured that he will send the Matress on and will come personally to see the defective bed and do the needful. Unfortunately he is not even responding to phonecalls. We are totally disappointed.
