Very bad and ill treatment for product purchased

I had recently bought a Godrej 3 door Almirah which was ordered on 3rd Nov from kirti nagar, delhi. The dealer promised to deliver the product within one month of order but after any phone calls and visits to the shop finally the product was delivered AFTER 1.6 months. More to this when we checked the almirah its wheels were twisted while the almirah was still completely empty. We called up customer care and they registered the complaint and promised to send the technician in within 1 day. It has been 1 week and no technician has came moreover when we call customer care for complaint they brutally hung up the phone.

We also contacted the dealer in kirti nagar and his words were "We are not responsible for any damage and its your fault you have damaged the almirah". After much argument he said, he will send technician next day..it has been 4 days neither he is picking up phone nor sending any technician.

Godrej has become very bad company and its dealers, customer care are worst. please let me know if anyone can guide me or help me in this regard on how to get money back or replace the almirah bought.

Never ever will buy any product of godrej and will never recommend for it also.
