Dear Sir/Madam,
I Venkataramana Setti the resident of Hyderabad city. I purchased a Twee2Mini bed from Godrej interio including the mattress worth of me INR 18000 on 1st of December. They promised us to deliver the product within 10 days and they did too. However when the technician visited our place on 10th of Dec'2012 and found that a component called 'brackets' are missing. He gave us a call number/purchase call number which can be used as a reference. He promised us that concerned person will get back to us within 2 or 3 days and fix the bed. But no one cared to respond us back about the status. We called customer care multiple times to check the status but no good came out of it. When we contacted the show room manager from where we purchased the item, he simply confirmed that it is out of his scope and hence gave us a contact number of Mr Sanyal who is in charge of service center of Godrej Interio. Surprisingly he is not aware of the status of our complaint and he quickly pulled some information with our call number and told us by 16th Dec'2012 the bed will be fixed. According to him, the missing component has to come from Mumbai ware house he asked us to wait till Monday 17th Dec. Since then I kept on calling him everyday and he kept on promising that the technician would visit us but nothing happened till now.
My concern is, I paid the whole amount on 1st Dec and till now my purpose of purchase didn't got fulfilled. The purchased item is lying in my house without any usage and there is no value to the money that I paid.
