We had purchased dining table and four chairs along with it vide order no. 162899 dated 19/06
One day when my mother was sitting the chair and having a dinner on the dining table. There was hot rice gruel in a plant which she was having. All of a sudden the chair broke and she fell down with the hot rice gruel spilling on her. Her head went and hit the side of the kitchen table. She was in a shocked state of mind for some time. She not only could not eat anything that night but she had trouble sleeping the whole night.
We made a complaint to the company after lot of delibration they replaced the chair and gave. Further the the legs of the other chairs also started breaking when sitting on it. Regarding this a complaint was made to the company but they were only ready to replace the broken panel. I said that the design of the faulty and requested to replace the chair with some other sturdy design since all the chairs were giving the same problem.
They were only ready to replace the panel. When I call they never picked up my call. Send a email to them but the are stilll sticking to only replacing the damaged panel. I want all the four chairs to be replaced with a much sturdier model.
Hence making this compalaint.
