I purchased leather sofa from Home Furnishing & Furniture: No.20/24, Siddushree Cmplx, Ananad NGR, Opp Karnataka Bank, Marathahalli, Bangalore - 560037 in Feb and I got warranty for lifelong but just after 1 year in 2012 my sofa got many cracks and became so flexible. It's so loose now to sit over. When I contacted them they asked me bring it to their factory which is far away from city, they denied to repair at my home.
When I call their response is so neglignce and careless.
