I had an order for a dressing table with mirror using HomeTown app full paid while purchase and it was available at that moment. After few days I received a call where they mentioned the product is out of stock and offer me one model as option to choose or cancel the order. I requested them to share some other model as I didn't like the product. They suggested me to choose from the app and they will be call me after some time. I waited for long and reached out to the support number. The calls kept dangling and the product I choose from the app was also out of stock. After waiting for 1month I had to cancel the order and get the money refunded which I am not sure when I may get back
