Sent Defective Product

Hello Sir,

We have booked an air lounge with telebrands. That product is delivered after as faulty product, as the bed part of that product having a very minor leakage, but we get to know about this after a long time that its a leakage before that we thought that it isn't. We called telebrands customer care may time to replace our porduct with new or give us our money back. They refuse for both the condition and said that you courier that product to us we will fix it and deliver it to you, for both sides we have to pay for the courier charges i.e. total 800 rs 400 from each side. After calling them many time they decided that we dont have to pay for the charges from one side i.e 400 rs. Now our product is delivered to telebrands on 27 march as we have POD from courier company, we request you to please to get our money back or give us a new product.
