Till not receive Welcome Kit

I drawn my policy in Birla Sun Life Insurance at Dated 28/04 through SCM group in Pune (Maharashtra). But till date I have not received Welcome Kit For Birla Sun Life Insurance. I am logged complaint again and again but no response from Company Excutives. Kindly See my Problem and Reply ASAP
