Sir, My wife was suffering from fever on 11-10-10, I took her to Dr. Babar Babar Hospital Kolhapur he gave her medecine for 5 days. On 15-10-10 my wife started oomiting and dysentry hence I took her to Dr. Babar in morning he admitted and gave saline throught day. In night at 11.20 pm Dr. called me and told that the pllatelts of my wife are low (7000) and shift to another hospital Adhar Hospital Kolhapur. He talked with Dr. Ajit Kulkarni who was in Adhar Hospital Kolhapur. We went to Adhar Hospital, at 11.40 pm Dr. Ajit Kulkarnoi checked and admitted her in general ward. I requested to Dr. Kulkarni to admit her in ICU so that acte care can be taken but dr. Ajit Kulkarni Angrili said dont teach me. So I kept quite. In night the hospital old us to bring the platatets which we brought and gave. In the morning my wife was still suffering from dysentry so I told this to Dr. Ajir Kulkarni he angrily said what you foolish peoples telling these things to doctor. I cant understand to whon we can tell patients problem. On the same day (16-10-10) in evening my wife was having problem of breathing I told this thing to Dr. Kulkarni who came on round at noght 9 pm.(he was never present throught the day or nobody attended my wife to see the problem) When I tried told the problem to Dr. Kulkarni he told me dont teach me I know shat should I do. The patient is in our charge am=nd threathed me. I kept quite as our patient was in their charge. In the night my wife asks water for every five minutes I told this to Asst. Doctor and nurse this and requested to call Dr. Kulkarni so that he can check her and admit in ICU and treat accordingly. But the nurse told me that she is having problem of acidity hence she is omoting. I asked the telephn no of Dr. Kulkarni bur the nurse and Asst Dcotro said we have told Dr. Kulkarni and he is coming in morning. I want to bring to your notice my wife was continuously omiting throught night and nobody attended her. (In this priod of night there may have internal bleeding and the condition my wife critical) In the morning when another asst doctor on duet came I told this thing then she phoned to sombody and they deceded to shift her in ICU. Then in noon Dr. Ajit Kulkarni came called me and tried to tell me that we are treating her, when I asked heim why mife was not treated in the night when she was omiting and breathing throught nite. This is severe neglency and my wife dies in the evening on 17-10-10. Dr. Kulkarni Dr. Kene and the Adhar Hospital killed my wife and destroyed my life, I request you Sir please cancel the registration of the doctors, hospital arrest them and punish. them so that other patients could be saved. the staff of the hospital is totally neglent orrogant the doctor is oorgant threatens to the relatives of patient.
