Mediclaim Policy from Oriental Insurance

I Have a family floter Mediclaim Policy from the Oriental Insurance Company Since 25th March. The policy is renewed on the time. I have no any Disease at the time of policy taken. Before three i was face problems in my nose and before one month i have consult from ENT doctor. and the doctor has given me treatment for 15 days. I have taken the 15 days treatment after then I have against consult with the ENT doctor. The doctor has advice me for CT Scan of my nose. I have do the CT Scan report and again consult with my doctor. The Doctor has advice me for operate the nose due to blockage in the nose. I have apply with TPA for Cash Less. Today I have received a massage from TPA that the Disease is not covered before two years. I have seen on the site that the pre - insurance Disease are not covered under the policy. But I have no any pre insurance Disease. I am facing the problem from last three months. Please advice me what I do. My email address is [email protected]
