Relaince General Insurance… Most UN RELIABLE general Insurance Company…..

Medi Assist, their TPA, can not assist you atall….

My claim was for Renal calculi alignment on OPD basis but the same was rejected by their TPA Medi assist stating that it was a pre existing disease as I had the alignment way back in 2004. My Mediclaim policy with Relaince is since March and I had already completed 2 years of continuous renewal of the policy and was in the 3rd year of the policy while I had put the claim. However, Relance general had changed the TPA 2 years back from Paramount to Medi Assist and Medi Assist did not have my policy for the first year i.e. year March and so they had rejected the claim stating that the policy holder had not completed 2 years of continuous policy holding. A lapse on the part of TPA’s documentation can cost you as much…. Are they reliable!! Who is responsible?? Reliance General insurance holds their hands up in the air!!
