I have applied for 4-IHO membership cards in Jan Now its three months I have not received the cards. For this I have called number of times at their call centre but only got stories, no solution. Even refused to log complaint. When asked for official email id/ phone number for escalations, they refused saying officers doest not talk to customer as per their internal policies. I here requested them to cancel the membership as membership Health Saver card cards was not delivered by organisation within 14 working days as per defined promise. Same was also refused by the call centre. Then I have mailed them the concern requesting them to concern the membership and refund paid amount Rs 6750/-.I must tell you that it was failure of the company who claims that we will assist you in better health wellness in cost effective way. I request you help me getting refund ASAP, with no deduction
