This is regarding a travel policy which had been done through internet for me and my daughter travelling abroad. We had taken up a policy but when it was issued my daughter name was not reflecting in it. So we tried to change the policy but nobody did it so in hurry we had to book another policy and the old one was to be cancelled. But nobody is doing it and till now after 25 days also it has not been cancelled. KINDLY DO THE NEEDFUL WE REALLY NEED YOUR HELP.
