Dear Sir,
I shall be obliged will you kindly consider on my case. For details writing below in point wise.
Most respect fully addressing you my self ALOK Kumar And my sister Meetali Residing at sector 5/C QTR- 1094 B.S.CITY, Bokaro.
1. As on 03/05 I submit application for locking by forwarding Branch manager order (Mr Alok Kumar Das) to Mr. Hazara.
2. But Policy in warded for locking as on 07.05.2010 And Registered at NAV ON 20.34.
3. ON 05/05 I personally meet to Mr. Hazara ji for payment .he said me policy is registered and it is in process for payment by accounts department.
4. NAV on 03.05.2010 in jeevanplus plan fund growth is 20.8370 and in Money Plus fund type 4 are 11.5639.
5. At present when I got payment it is in loss nav allotted me of 08/05.
6. At present both of us losses of more than Rs 19088/=
Who is responsible for the case, I submit my locking application to the authorized officer on 03/05 by ordering by Branch manager. Sir for the above mention complain I argument with the officer he answered me due to disorder of my computer I unable to lock your policy on the day as on 03/05.when application input for lock.
For relating case I meet to ABM sales as on 06/05 with my agent. ABM said me through the computer that u will get NAV of day 05/5.but payment got on Nav as on 08/05
I given grievance to Division Head, Hazaribagh for the relating case through courier till the day I haven’t got any response from there.
