I am Policy holder (policy no. 170256518) since 1990 from L.I.C. of India Branch 17A Panipat- II my policy matured on Date 18.01.2010. I visited to above Branch on Date 02.02.2010 to deposit the Bank certificate (Loan adjusted against said Policy) and requesting to issue my maturity cheque. Smt. Raj Gupta (Dealing Hand) checked the certificate and objected that this certificate has no date. I requested to Smt. Raj Gupta to take my signature if required for release of the maturely cheque because I am unable to go up stair due to my old age and I will send back with correction from Bank. This certificate with any one Smt. Raj Gupta misbehave and insult using filthy language say “aapne aaj office main aakar hamare upper koi ahsan thoda kar dia hai” L.I.C is a reputed company and I feel shock with a behave the employee of your company. It is my humble request Please take necessary action against Smt. Raj Gupta.
