Hi,
On 11th March I placed an order for Samsung Onia Pro mobile phone whose price is 13998 (Including delivery Charges). Required Details are as below

I made the payment using ICICI credit card number 4629864293769008, transaction number is 879183.
I canceled the order next day only i.e on 12th March I didn't use any services from them. Its been around 45 days I am continuously following them for refund the amount but they are not responding at all.
I have called them more than 10 time, initially they responded that "wait for few days" and we are processing the refund. Now they put my call on hold and don't respond at all.
I have mailed them 4-5 times but they respond with the standard reply
"With reference to your mail we would like to inform you that we are forwarding your cancel as refund request to our concern department. We request you that kindly wait for some days."
I am really frustrated from their behavior. Can you please suggest me how to get the refund back.
Please also suggest how we can take such companies to consumer court.
PS: I have raised a request to cancel the order using your customer care also whose request number is 411984.
