Bag It Today is a most pathetic company I have ever experienced in online shopping. They are not trustworthy at all i had ordered novels on 16/08 and made payment through credit card and have not received the parcel yet. Later i got to know my order is been cancelled and money is refunded to my account but alas i haven't received yet. They don't provide proper information to our query's. I make a appeal to all not to make any purchase from Bag It Today.
