Hi,
I had purchased an online Holiday voucher from Bag It Today worth Rs 7000/- On receiving the voucher I realized that it was a fraud as the booking conditions were completely different from what was explained to me by the sales person because of which I had bought it. I was also promised a Reebok wrist watch and UCB Hand Bag but none of this was fulfilled by the company.
Hence I returned the holiday voucher (Order Id :1005031647) to them which is already delivered to them on the 18th May through firstflight courier consignment no B51796180 which can be tracked on www.firstflight.net on the address which was provided to me by their customer service executive.
Now these people are not even responding to my last email for refunding my money. Below is the complete chains of emails which I have sent to Bag It Today.
I am seeing hundred of complains on the internet against Bag It Today and don't understand that despite of which how the company is still allowed to openly cheat people.
I need your help in getting my refund and to ensure that Bag It Today does not cheat people anymore. Please help with the procedure to file an official consumer / criminal court complain also.

If you still cant trace the voucher at your end then I would request
you to cancel the same from your system and refund me the Rs 7000/-
I would like to know by when will the amount be credited back to me
