I order for purchase of shoes at BATAs online website dated 18/1 order No. 10048549. On checking of online status, status was invoice generated on 20/1. As per co. rule after this status goods delivered within 2 to 3 days. But after 10 days goods not dispatch and after many follow up companies customer care centre not satisfactory reply of my issue.
