Beam cable hyderabad
Delay in service and no one responds

Hi.

We have taken a beam cable broadband connection in Miyapur region with the Name of Gaurish on Friday 25th of Feb. I have paid for the connection charges (500Rs) and the package charges (600Rs). The operator representative said the connection will be established withing 24 hours but its been 4 days and there is no response from them. We tried to call/mail them many times but their customer care does not lift the phone even. After trying many times they lifted and said that it will take some time as they need some permission to put some box. But all these things should be done while taking the money from us and and even if this was the case they should have informed us while giving the connection. But nothing of this sort had been done. This delay in service is not acceptable. Please take appropriate action so that in future it wont happen with anyone.
