Hi,
Initially I had applied for an Airtel Broadband connection sometime in the first week of July. They finally after one month at the end of July told me that the connection is not available and told that the money that I had paid will be refunded within 15 day. But it has been more than a month and I have not received my money.
When we call them they say someone will call within a day but from inception till now no one has called me regarding this issue, or most of the time they just hang up the phone, and calling them again is very irritating. And actually I am writing this complaint when I am waiting for someone to escalate the call and its been like around half an hour that no one has responded and I'm still on line.
The latest complaint number that was given to me is 2709550. Please help me out with this is the worst customer experience I have faced till now.
