Service Not Working/Wrong Charges

My service is not working since last few days, I called Airtel customer service and they logged a complaint for me and gave me the reference number 7931238. No action was taken to fix the issue and then next day I got am sms saying your service request has been closed, are you satisfied, reply yes or no. Then I called yesterday again and got another complaint registered, reference number 8162704. Again no action was taken and I got an sms saying your service request has been closed, are you satisfied, reply yes or no. Then i called Airtel again to get the service cancelled, they disconnect the call when I tell them I am calling to disconnect the service. I called 4-5 times and was disconnected again and agan and finally I had a word with some who actually listended to me for 15 minutes and disconnected the call again. I want to cancel my services and they are not cancelling it.

Few months before also, my services were interrupted due to problem from Airtel and they did not work for a month, I called to disconnect the servcices that time and somebody from Airtel called in and said they will be discount of Rs 500 on my bill if I continue my services. I said yes because they offered me the discount and I was never provided with that discount.

Please do something about this as soon as possible and also ask Airtel to cancel my services and waive off the entire charges due on my bill as my services are not working.
