I paid my dues on Saturday, 12th May and informed the Airtel Customer Care about my payment. My Complain Number was 15669864. This case was to be solved by Sunday, 13th May as per their message receivedon my cell phone. On Monday I received a message that my problem has been solved and my case is closed. But nobody from airtel visited my place and my problem was not solved. So, I again lodged a complain with them on Monday, 14th May. And again I was given a complain no. - 15728388 and was told by the customer care executive that my problem will be solved by 15th May. But still my broadband is not working. Moreover, I am unable to get to their customer care executive. Everytime, the line gets disconnected. I dont have any clues about my complain status. I also lodged a complaint with PGPORTAL.GOV.IN. My Registration No. was - DOTEL/E/08281. Its also of no use. I feel like cheated. Our government is also least bothered about these things. I dont know why they have opened this website when they were not interested in working against these fraud companies.
