An Airtel agent came to my house and promised a broadband connection within 2 weeks and asked me to issue a cheque for Rs 799. I issued a cheque from my citibank account (cheque No 336984) which was deposited in Airtel's account on 4 June. Later the agent told me that I would not get the connection, so I asked for a refund of my money. I have called the agent several times but he just promises me that the money will be refunded. I have been chasing him for more than a month.
Please help.
