Vide order number 3507625 dt 1-3- 2012 I had purchased Blackberry storm 9530 by cash on delivery FROM NAAPTOL .
On opening of the Parcel I found scratch marks on the touch screen as well as back side of the set and I also found it is a Used Verizone registered unlocked set from US.
On operation of the same I found its Blue tooth, Camera. USB port for data transfer, Video and Music are not functional.
With in 24 hours of receipt of the hand set I registered complaint with their Customer Care vide number 2534756 dt 2-3 .
They have promised to rectify / replace through their vendor who will call up and provide address and tele phone number for contact.
Till today I have no response from them.
Every day I complain their customer Care and they promise that by the same evening it will get resolved.
But I have not heard from them so far nor resolved.
I am totally helpless and got cheated by this company. This way NAAPTOL are cheating the public by giving used and faulty hand sets to the general public.
Now I have left with no option than going public and approach Customer courts against naaptol company for reddressal of my grievance.
Any suggestions or advice from public are welcome.
