I booked online tickets online on Book My Show.Com, Booking Id: IPPW0000600343. then i given the call in there customer care they told me that tickets would be deliver to you before one week. then i was out of station before leaving i called the customer care they clearly told me that as per policy we will only hand over the tickets at the time of delivery you have to provide the xexrox copy of crdit card and booking id. then when i return back then again i given the call to customer care same information was there that tickets will deliver to you shortly. then i check in express IT couier i found that tickets are already delivered on 27th april 12. to some other person without taking my confirmation. i a send so many mail a dn given call to book my show but no proper update from there side. even had a word with Ms. Nivedita supervisor again no proper reply from her side. then i asked them how the tickets was handed over to some other person without my confimation thet replied that we have co. seal. and verifcation wa done at the time of delivery. i asked prove that verifcation was done then no reply for that from there side. inspite of sending so many mails and giving call it's not resolved now i want my money back. even whe i enquired in courier i came to know that deepka from courier he has handed over the tickets to kamble and he is his relative. when i enquired with kamble tickets are not traceble. in address i mentioned 2nd floor but tikcets was delivered to 3rd floow. it was fault of courier people and co. as they have not followed there process. i want my money back..
