I received the packet having all the above mentioned items but without any voucher / coupon for Holiday stay as assured in the order confirmation.
At that moment I presumed it was due to oversight but now after almost 3 weeks I am reasonably sure that it was a willful act of deceiving on the part of this company to lure the customer and then dump him.
Lets get together to hold them responsible and make them pay for the consequences of their this act.
