I have booked reliance netconnet boradband USB dongle on 12th July through Connetindia (Order No. 4929253). I paid Rs. 999/- online and I got the modem on the same day from M/s Vriti Interactive. They have not given any receipt / cash memo for the same. After 24 hrs it got activated. But that modem is having some technical problem so I have given it to reliance. Reliance service center said that unless i provide cash memo they will not replace the modem. I tried to contact Vriti Interactive on 02032601588 and there manager 9371751463 Mr. Gautam Singh. After repeated calling I could able to contact Mr. Gautam. He promised to send me the receipt for the same. But after waiting for 2 days when called today mr gautam said that he can give the Hard copy of the receipt because they can not give hard copy of the receipt for the items order online. Now what i can do? There is no contact number for connetindia to whome i can ask for the receipt. I have locked several complaints regarding this but no reply from ConnetIndia.
