I purchased your DTH on 13th January my account id is

3006784275 by Shantanu | Sales Adviser`, E-mail: [email protected] Number is 911204087656 from your outsource Outbound Vriti Infocomm. And Mr. shantanu guide me that you got extra benefits of iTV, 6 Games, Star sports, Espn and Star cricket also in Rs 1590 with other sports channels Ten cricket, Ten sport and Ten action. I confirmed 3 time with Shantanu and he said me yes you got these benefits and this call is recored in system so am not committing you wrong if you purchase right now and I purchased you DTH. But after Installation I am not getting these benefits and I called to your Vriti executive Shantanu he didn’t pick my phone and when I called to Ms. Bharti today in morning number 911204087658 mail id is '[email protected]'she said me kindly call on Customer care once number is 18001028080. When I call on this Number 18001028080 Ms. Ekta picked my phone and I told her my problem but she said to me this offer is not available on your package we can’t help you if Mr. shantanu commit any wrong communication then sorry for it.

Then I asked her raise complaint for my concern she said me I am not able to raise complaint because we can’t help you if someone commit wrong communication. Then I ask her to transfer my call to her senior and she said me I will transfer you call kindly hold line and she put my call on hold and disconnect my call. Kindly confirm why my call was disconnected by her. Then again I called to Ms. Bharti for telling her my this problem she said me I will arrange call back by Shantanu for you confirmation. But no call received yet.

And Vriti Ms. Ruby Number is 911204087606 will charge twice for my this package 1590 rs and they said my it will return within 2 or 3 days but I am afraid after this commitments and behavior.

Very frankly to say my first experience with Airtel is very very Poor and bad. Airtel is a big name in industry so I believe my problem will resolve very soon. Kindly resolve my this problem and arrange call back. Unless I have no other option to go Consumer court.
