I am using Mobile Office since 7th of April but suddenly on 5th of may Mobile Office stop working.
the customer care didn't provide me any proper solution. they are just saying please call technical helpline. i always follow the procedure for technical help line but they always said this is not technical help line
or if i connected with them the phone is automatically disconnected.
after that they block my customer care connection and i m unable to connect with customer care.
And today i come to know that The MO service is permanently disconnected.
customer care even their seniors making me fool they are just saying your complaint is under process
this is just ridiculous
