My name is Vipin Kumar and email id is [email protected]. I had ordered Reebok Shades - Golden (Reebok Sunglasses) on 01 Dec from dealsandyou.com. My order number is 315558. When I placed this order I was told
well delivered the product in 21 working days and the TAT is already completed. When I called on customer care to know the status they said we are forwarding the complaint and you’ll get the status
within 48 hours and now again 48 hours gone and I haven’t got the status. When I said please give me my refund they said we are forwarding your complaint again and until we get the complaint status
we would not be able to take the refund request. Please do the needful and please try to arrange either my product or refund.
