I have a post paid connection having cell no 9958844551. I got GPRS activated on 2nd August 08 and on 12th of Aug 08 I send a request to deactivate the airtel live service as it automatically become the default connection with download charge 30 p per 20 kb (no rental). The GPRS service that I have been provided is Rs. 249/- per month with unlimited access which is run by mobile office service. But from 12th on wards my GRS service has been deactivated. I have repeatedly requested the customer care but customer care is misguiding me by intimating that the GPRS service has been activated and there is some technical problem that can be solved by the technical dept and have to call at 12118. Every time I ring to this number, the technical dept inform me that the service is not yet activated and it will take another 4 working hours to activate. And the latest is that at 4-30 pm 18th Aug when I call 121 I am informed that it shall take another 24 hour to activate the service. Hope that the person serving Airtel are not so IDIOTS, unable to count hours in 07 (seven days). So 7 x 24 is not less than 4.
