i have sent a idea data card netsetter from delhi the branch code is ZL5030 on 21st oct. to begusarai (bihar) for nishant kumar jha. but till date (11th nov.) it has not reached and they are saying packet has been lost. and after complaining various time through phone as well as through letter they are not responding anything for this i am feeling cheated by dtdc courier and cargo limited.
my courier no. is z21766995. dtdc was much reliable to me but i think it was my wrong perception as nothing has been done regarding this.
