Delay in delivery

Hi,

i have ordered one book in flipkart (order number: od20421210482) on 21st april but uptil now i didn't get it. i have called to customer care twice they just say that consinement has not been recieved in mumbai and it will take more one week or so it has already taken more than 10 days.

If they can't deliver product in time then why they guarantee to deliver in 2-7 days.
