i'd placed an order on flipkart on 08/06 with full payment paid.

but the items are not delivered till 21/06.

further customer care support was also no satisfactory.

details of the order are as follws

order no. OD20608191656 with all products in "in stock" status:

Vega Large Nail Clipper (Black) Delivered in 2-4 business days.

Pilot Hi-Tech Fineliner Pen Delivered in 2-3 business days.

Pilot Sl Hi-Tech Ink Delivered in 2-3 business days.

Nataraj 621 Pencils (Set of 2) Delivered in 2-3 business days.

these delivery time were mentioned on site with product detail.

five times i'd contacted customer care twice by telephone & thrice by electronic writen complain with no output.

please help me
