NO exchange/return/replacement policy

DO NOT BUY FROM FLIPKART IF YOU ARE CONFUSED ON THE PRODUCT coz they do not have a return/replacement/exchange/refund policy.

I bought a Sony Digital frame for 10K from them as a gift to my mother but she wished to have a Tablet so i asked them to replace it with a 20k tablet which they refused stating that they only take returns if the product is damaged in transit.

There are so many other online shopping sites selling similar items with a bit cheaper price and with 'no question asked' return policy but still i choose to buy from flipkart ended up with a BIG MISTAKE.

Adding to it their customer care sucks. Their customer support sounded rude on phone saying that 'we have send what you have bought and if you dont like it than that is not their concern'???
