I had placed this order on 29th April (OD20429140529) for a Samsung galaxy Tab. Expected Delivery date was 4th May. I didnt receive it on time, so I called up the FlipKart customer care. To my surprise, I was informed that Flipkart doesn't have delivery service in my city (THANE, Maharashtra). So the order was as good as cancelled. I was told to place another order again and call the customer care again to get it sent via courier. In other words, after waiting for 5 working days, after shipping my order from Noida to Mumbai, I am being informed that the order is as good as cancelled. And that too, when I call up myself. This is absolutely not expected. I had heard great things about your service but the real experience is completely opposite. Its good that I had selected Cash on Delivery otherwise my money would have got debited and I would have been left without the product for many more days.
