No refund for failed recharge

On Feb-01 around 00:00 hours I tried to charge up my mobile twice but they failed. Now the starange thing is I've got the refund for the later one (Invoice No. : 693889) & for the Invoice No. : 693757, they are saying, bank may take some days! For both the transactions, I used SBI netbanking, so the question is as they have alredy refunded the money for the second transaction, why are they taking so much of time for the first one?

Avoid freecharge.in, they are giving these coupons to attract customers, their service is real bad. They never recieve calls at: Help line no # 022-28293100 (Monday to Saturday, 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.)

Hope they know today, Feb 04 is not Sunday!

Use rechargeitnow.com, I've never faced this kind of nonsense over there.
