I purchased a Milestone Mirage Airbag 50 from www.futurebazaar.com on 27th May. After using it for sometime the chain of the bag was not working properly so I formally initiated a complaint against it on 1st Dec. I got a call from their backend that the payment againt my product order is being initiated on 2nd Dec but I have not got the payment back as yet. I have logged the complaint again and again so many times but all the time I get the same excuse that please wait for 24 hours or 48 hours bla bla bla...
Can anyone please help in this regard so that I can get the refund back.
